**Card Payment Surcharge:**
  • A surcharge on card payments will be added to the bill as a merchant fee.
  • This fee covers credit/debit card processing fees, including interchange fees associated with using credit/debit card networks.
**Gratuity:** 
      • Our dedicated team, comprised of hardworking students, aims to deliver exceptional service. 
      • The 18% automatic gratuity for larger groups (6 or more) contributes to recognizing their efforts.
**Reservations and Seating:**
      • We encourage patrons to make reservations in advance.
      • We reserve the right to allocate seating based on availability and operational requirements.
      • Waiting lists are managed efficiently, and patrons will be promptly notified 
        when tables become available.
**Menu and Pricing:**
      • Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
      •  Taxes and gratuities are not included in the listed prices.
**Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:**
      •  Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
      •  While we make every effort to accommodate, 
             we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
**Code of Conduct:**
      • We expect patrons to maintain a respectful and considerate demeanor.
      • The Sauga Bar X-Change reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive behavior.
**Lost or Stolen Items:**
      • The restaurant is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
**Reservation Deposit:**
      • For special events or large groups, a reservation deposit may be required.
      • This deposit will be applied to the final bill.
**Events and Promotions:**
      • Special events and promotions may have specific terms and conditions.

      • Outside food and drink are not permitted in the restaurant.

**Seating Time Limit:
      •  To accommodate all guests and ensure a positive dining experience, 
            there is a strict 2-hour time limit per table.
      • The timing starts from the moment you are seated.
**Acknowledgment of Food Preparation Times:
      • During peak periods, especially weekends, 
           food preparation may take 30-45 minutes due to high demand.
      • We assure you that each dish is made to order with attention to quality.
